Rose Powder Bliss Balls

I wanted to make some Rose Powder Bliss balls and I wanted them to be really PINK!

I love bliss balls as a yummy, wholesome alternative to other sweet foods. They’re also a yummy way to eat (and sometimes disguise) herbal supplements. 

I was thinking about rose balls to support me as I entered my menstrual bleeding phase. And because I just got a jar of Anima Mundi rose powder. Also, my partner is currently trying not to eat chocolate, has been using bliss balls to get through + loves rose flavour.

It’s a big win win win. 

So I made some balls and I thought I’d share my recipe.

Rose Powder Bliss Balls

Makes 24

Ingredients

⅓ cup golden linseeds

5 teaspoons Anima Mundi Rose Powder

¼ cup raw cashews

½ cup tahini

6 medjool dates, seeded

¾ cup sunflower seeds

½ cup macadamias

½ cup shredded coconut

¼ cup peanut butter

Method:

In a food processor, mill golden linseeds to a fine meal (20 seconds on speed 10 in a Thermomix). 

Add all other ingredients and process till balls can be easily formed in your hand (30-60 seconds on speed 7 in a Thermomix).

Roll into 24 balls and roll in coconut if desired. 

Refrigerate.

Eat immediately or later. 

These keep for up to 2 weeks in the fridge no problem.
